Antique Dresden Porcelain Rococo Revival 19th C. German Cherub Candle Holder

C e l es ti a l N o n e s u ch. A fine antique marked Dresden porcelain candle base.

There were at least forty workshops decorating porcelain in Dresden in the 19th century. Quite a lovely piece and will make a great addition to any appreciator of German, Dresden or other European porcelain and pottery. One cherub missing left hand.

Some damage to the flower petals. Damage to the fourth foot - piece is still relatively stable. Minor areas of paint loss. Some type of built up adhesive present around the top.
