Here's a Nice Pair of 14 Tall Antique German Porcelain Candle Holders. The man has a blue crossed lines mark that may be Sitzendorf, not sure. The man is holding a fencing sword but the blade is broken off.

It also looks like that hand and the lady's left arm have been repaired but you really have to look very closely to see anything.
